365 Ton Carrier Chiller Maintenance, Testing, & Repair
In 2016, JON Mechanical Systems Inc. was hired to assist with the servicing and repair of a Federal Government 365 Ton Carrier water cooled chiller which had experienced catastrophic tube failure. JON Mechanical Systems Inc was responsible for the design and manufacture of obsolete OEM parts as well as the installation and NDT of the repaired system. As a result, total effort by JON Mechanical Systems Inc on the project resulted in a $250,000 net savings to the Federal Government.

In 2016, JON Mechanical Systems Inc was hired to manage the overall repair , maintenance, and retro-commissioning of a Federal Government WWTP System for a major federal government installation. The efforts of JON Mechanical Systems resulted in a net repair cost savings of $30,000 to the Federal Government and ultimately an estimated annual O&M costs savings of $80-100k itemized over a five (5) year payback period.
